Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
Yes. Santos House Cleaning is a licensed and insured LLC. Ask us if you need proof of insurance for your property manager or building.
What kinds of commercial properties do you clean?
Offices, small business suites, vacant rental units and homes between tenants, model and listed homes, and spaces after construction or remodeling. If your property isn’t listed, call us and describe it.
Can you clean outside business hours?
We work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Many offices schedule us early in the morning, late in the afternoon or on a slower weekday. We’ll work out timing during the walkthrough.
Do you offer recurring commercial cleaning?
Yes. After the first visit we can set a recurring weekday schedule, so the same scope is covered every time.
Do you handle unit turnovers for property managers?
Yes. Our move-out cleaning is built for turnovers: inside the oven, fridge and cabinets, blinds and baseboards detailed by hand, and floors throughout. Send the unit size with your request.
How do you price commercial cleaning?
We start with a walkthrough or a detailed description of the space, agree on the scope and frequency, and give you a free written estimate.
