How long does a house cleaning appointment take?

It depends on the home’s size, condition and the service. A regular visit on a well-kept home is much shorter than a first-time deep clean or a move-out. We’ll give you an idea of timing with your estimate.

Do you clean the inside of the fridge and oven on a regular visit?

On standard and deep cleans, the inside of the fridge and oven are add-ons you can request. On move-out cleans they’re always included.

Can you wash dishes or change the sheets?

We make beds on every standard and deep clean and change the sheets if you leave clean ones out. Washing, drying and putting away dishes is available as an add-on.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?

Yes, on request. Let us know when you book, and we can use eco-friendly products you prefer or provide.

Do you clean high vents and fixtures that need a ladder?

Our team dusts vents and fixtures they can safely reach. Ceiling fans are dusted with an extension duster. Let us know about anything unusually high when you request your quote so we can plan for it.

What’s the difference between post-construction and remodeling cleaning?

Post-construction cleaning prepares a newly built or fully renovated space for its first occupants and deals with heavy dust and debris throughout. Remodeling cleaning focuses on the rooms that were renovated in a lived-in home, clearing dust and leftover materials while protecting new finishes.
